The world’s skinniest skyscraper, the Steinway Tower, became ready to receive residents. Steinway Tower situated in Manhattan of New York comes with a width-height ratio of 1:24.

The world’s skinniest skyscraper, the Steinway Tower, includes 60 apartments. The marvelous building has a penthouse on top. We have a spectacular view of Central Park from the penthouse. There are only two residential towers in the world taller than Steinway Tower. They are Central Park Tower (1,550 feet) as well as Manhattan’s World Trade Center (1,776 feet). The world’s skinniest skyscraper, the Steinway Tower, is an 84-storey building.

The slender building was designed by SHoP Architects stressing New York’s history. According to the developer, they tried to maintain the quality of craft, history, and philosophy with the classic skyscrapers in Manhattan.

Terra cotta, glass, and bronze are used for the manufacturing tower that is the pride of New York City. The advantage of the latest technology is used for the construction of the world’s slender tower.

The building’s façade comes with blocks of terracotta. It can change colour as well as texture when looked at in different lights and from different angles.

The tower is built with luxurious facilities. It has an 82-foot (25-metre) swimming pool. Moreover, there is a  private dining room and fitness centre with a terrace.

The starting price of a studio unit is  $7.75 million. Moreover, the penthouse apartment is available at $66 million
