ISL 2021-22 Final Hyderabad Defeated Kerala Blasters On Penalties

Hyderabad defeated Kerala Blasters on penalties in the Indian Super League 2021-22. It is the first title for Hyderabad FC. Hyderabad beated Kerala Blasters FC 3-1 on penalties at the Fatorda Stadium in Goa on Sunday.

It is saddening for the Kerala Blasters because the team lost in the final two times earlier. The Kerala team had reached the final in 2014 and 2016. This time Kerala blasters were very hopeful. The result of the game made fans of Kerala Blasters very disappointed.

The grand final of the ISL at Fatorda Stadium in Goa was exciting. In the first half of the Hyderabad FC vs Kerala Blaster game had no goals. In the 69th minute Rahul KP helped Kerala Blasters to gain the first goal. The Hyderabad goalkeeper tried to block it, but he couldn’t stop the shot.

The point between Hyderabad  Kerala was 1-1. Hyderabad defeated Kerala 3-1 in the shoot-out. Joao Victor, Khassa Camara and Halicharan Narzary helped Hyderabad. Only Ayush Adhikari from Kerala team could pass the ball into the net. Kerala fans were hopeful till Hyderabad FC’s Tavora scored one of the season’s best goals.

The fans of both teams were enthusiastic. Tickets were sold soon. The fans of Kerala blasters began to gather. Hyderabad FC is the first time in the IPL final so fans of the team are also thrilled.

The performance of both teams were excellent in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2021-22 season. Hyderabad FC is in the second position with 38 points as well as Kerala was fourth, with 34 points.
